Cresset negotiated an off-market purchase of 411 D Street which was 60,000sf office and printing facility. Cresset jointed ventured with Clarion to permit and build a two buildings consisting of 197 unit apartments. Retail fronted D Street along the frontage of the two residential buildings with residential parking located in the rear of the property.
