Cresset and WS Development acquired the site in 2006 consisting of approximately 7 acres along with 150,000sf warehouse. The joint venture negotiated with an abutter to swap portions of their respective parcels to open up the ability for first class development for both owners. Cresset/WS proceeded to permit alongside a national multi-family developer a 297 unit residential complex and sold the parcel at the completion of the permitting. Ownership retained an approximate 1.5 acre parcel and in 2020 completed the permitting for a 3-story, Lab/R&D facility with ground-floor retail space with both on-grade and below-grade parking.
