90 Wareham Street, Boston

Formerly the Allied Bolt & Screw building, Cresset fully renovated the 90,000 sf property into 60 residential loft units with 25,000 sf of commercial/retail. Cresset permitted the parcel with the Boston Redevelopment Authority to convert the upper floors of the industrial building into residential use, while retaining commercial space on the first and lower level floors.
