The Rural Land Foundation (RLF) contracted with Cresset to redevelop a 4 acre site in Lincoln, MA including the existing 34,000 sf of retail building. The repositioning included adding a new 14,000sf retail/office building and renovating the anchor tenants retail spaces, the supermarket and US Post Office.  Cresset was responsible for the permitting, financing, and constructive oversight on behalf of the RLF.
