Cresset acquired the property in 2001 and proceeded to plan for certain improvements including but not limited to renovation/replacement of the elevator, HVAC systems, roof and lobby renovations.
In 2004, Cresset undertook a zoning review and developed a conceptual plan to increase the street-level retail area by 15%.
