120 Pleasant Street, Watertown

The project involved the revitalization of a portion of Pleasant Street that housed a light industrial use which over time had contaminated the site. Cresset permitted through the town zoning process for a 44-unit residential complex along with parking accommodated below the building.

The site’s close proximity to Watertown Square and Main Street provides excellent access to retail establishments and an array of bus routes to serve commuters. The project abuts the Charles River and is adjacent to Watertown’s popular multi-modal path.
